About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for being the primary interface with customers both in person and over the phone. This will include organization of repair orders, parts look up where required, estimate calls and customer follow up.
Responsibilities
Customer equipment write ups for drop offs
Parts calls
Repair order scheduling and coordination with the shop
Parts kitting and inventory
Customer communication regarding equipment estimates
Service metrics
Cross training with parts, invoicing, and truck scheduling
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task
Team player
Mechanical and electrical experience
Parts look up experience
Ability to safely operate a forklift
Ability to operate outdoor power equipment and power sports
Valid driver’s license, background check, and no use of illegal drugs
