About the Role
The Parts Associate is a primary point of contact for customers in person and over the phone. You will assist with parts lookup, ordering, receiving, and customer follow-up for both service needs and direct customer requests.
Responsibilities
Parts calls
Purchase orders and receiving for parts
Parts kitting and inventory
Customer communication regarding parts
Manage parts backorders
Cross-train with service drop-offs, invoicing, and truck scheduling
Qualifications
Ability to multi-task
Team-player
Mechanical and electrical experience
Parts lookup experience.
Valid driver’s license, background check, and no use of illegal drugs.
