Fleet ServicesFull Husqvarna Fleet Services integration

The 560 EPOS integrates with Husqvarna Fleet Services for real-time monitoring, remote control, zone management, and OTA firmware updates across a fleet of units. It supports virtual transport paths between separate lawn areas, temporary stay-out zones, designated maintenance parking spots, and AppDrive remote repositioning via smartphone. Mowing patterns include parallel lines, diamonds, triangles, and checkerboard. Clippings are mulched back as a natural fertilizer with every pass.

The 560 EPOS is built around one requirement: reliable, unattended mowing at commercial scale, day after day.

The EPOS RTK-GNSS navigation system delivers approximately 2-centimeter accuracy across the full work area using satellite signals with no buried perimeter wire. Boundaries are defined virtually, which means no wire degradation, no wire breaks, and no installation that conflicts with aeration, turf repair, or event setup. The RS5 EPOS Reference Station transmits correction signals to the mower throughout operation.

The pivoting front axle maintains constant wheel contact on uneven and hilly ground, supporting slopes up to 50% (approximately 27 degrees) inside the work area. The 8 Ah battery supports approximately 150 minutes of continuous mowing per charge, with a 55-minute charge cycle, and up to 24 hours of active operation per day.

Husqvarna Fleet Services is the operational layer that makes commercial deployment practical. From a smartphone, tablet, or laptop, an operator can monitor the exact position of each unit, adjust schedules, change cutting heights by zone, receive theft and geofence alerts, trigger group stops at storm warnings, and push firmware updates over the air. AppDrive allows remote repositioning of a unit directly from the app when it needs to move between work zones or to a service location.

Commercial robotic mowing at three acres and above is not plug-and-play. EPOS installation, reference station placement, zone configuration, transport path setup, and Fleet Services commissioning require experience with the system and the terrain.

Seacoast Power Equipment has been the seacoast’s commercial equipment partner since 1965. Nearly 60 years of working with landscapers, municipalities, and grounds management operations across New Hampshire means we understand the operational stakes when equipment needs to perform every day.

Our factory-trained technicians handle the complete commissioning with every 560 EPOS sale: reference station placement, boundary mapping, zone configuration, Fleet Services setup, and a confirmation run on your property before we leave.

Our service department carries $150,000-plus in parts on-site, turns around most jobs in 24 to 48 hours, and offers pickup and delivery throughout the seacoast region. For commercial accounts, our fleet program includes priority service scheduling so equipment downtime does not become a client problem.
